Scorpio Zodiac Pendant Necklace

A vintage pendant necklace depicting the zodiac symbol for Scorpio, represented by a curled scorpion (guarding a genuine diamond.) What is “gold-filled?” Gold-filled jewelry is higher quality than gold-plated and lower cost than solid (alloyed) gold.
