Return Policy

Easy, No-Questions-Asked Returns and Refunds

If for any reason an item doesn’t meet expectations, it may be returned unworn and within two weeks of delivery date for a full refund via the original method of payment. Refunds are issued within one business day of Marika Gems receiving the item, but it may take up to ten days for refunded funds to appear in your bank account. Worn or damaged items will not be refunded. 

To start a return, contact Marika Gems at hellomarikagems@gmail.com. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and assumes liability for any loss or damage incurred in transit. Depending on the value of the item, Marika Gems may advise certain shipping methods or add-ons (such as insurance or signature required.)

Damaged Items

If a purchase arrives in damaged condition, please notify Marika Gems immediately so that a complaint may be filed with the service used to ship the item(s) and a return may be arranged.

Layaway and Sale Returns

Layaway purchases and sale items are non-refundable. 

Payments

Marika Gems accepts payments via major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Shipping

All purchases are shipped within two business days via the United States Postal Service. Packages containing items of value over $500 will be sent with insurance and if sent within the United States, will require a signature for delivery. International orders may result in incurred customs or duties fees, for which the buyer is responsible.

Layaway

Layaway is available for any item. To arrange a layaway, contact Marika Gems at hellomarikagems@gmail.com. 

One-third (1/3) payment of total cost is required to secure a layaway. The remaining two-thirds balance is billed in increments at 30 and 60 days from the original payment date. After initiating a layaway, should you change your mind, the total amount paid down may be transferred to a credit with Marika Gems for any other purchase. Credit expires one year from issue.

Layaway purchases will ship within two business days of final payment. Layaway purchases are non-refundable.
