A sweet as can be pair of cultured pearl and yellow gold post earrings. Pearls are a cream color with warm overtones and medium luster. Prior to the advent of the pearl culturing industry in the early 20th century, pearls were the rarest and most highly valued gem on earth - hundreds of years ago, they were considered more precious than diamonds! These are a perfect staple piece for any jewelry collection, and a lovely size. Post and friction backs are 14 karat gold.
