A gorgeous jade cabochon is set in a North-East-South-West fashion between claw- and bar-style prongs in a golden setting. The jade of this ring is an oval cabochon of bright orange jadeite jade with a beautiful polish. This jade has a stunning, vivid color which is notable in any light and absolutely lights up under direct sunlight! Jade is a mineral known for its excellent toughness (resistance to breakage) due to its structure composed of interlocking small crystals. The setting is a lustrous 14 karat yellow gold with a sturdy and minimalist design, with a smooth, domed lower gallery that cradles and protects the underside of the gem. Jade is a very durable gem material ideal for daily wear.

Jade cabochon measures 8mm wide and 10mm tall. Setting rises 6.1mm off the finger. At back of ring, narrowest part of ring shank measures 1.6mm.

Ring size is a slightly roomy 6.5 / UK N. If needed, this ring may be sized either up or down a few sizes by your jeweler.
