A sleek, modern pair of light blue mabe pearl and sterling silver earrings. Each earring is centered with an elongated, domed, oval-shaped mabe pearl. Mabe pearls are a variety of cultured pearl with a domed top and flat base, cultured on the shell of a mollusk. Each pearl is set in a simple silver bezel frame which is thicker at the base with a shield shape. These earrings have a terrific presence but are lightweight and easy to wear. The earrings have a post style setting and come with friction backs.

Each earring measures 31.3mm tall and 23.0mm wide; mabe pearls measure 24.7mm tall and 15.5mm wide.

Excellent condition. These have been freshly polished but some natural patina (common with vintage and antique silver jewelry) remains.
