A pair of bright, highly saturated azure-hued post earrings featuring two polished round cabochons of lapis lazuli which are framed in 14 karat gold bezels. The proportions and minimalist design of these vintage earrings are striking, with little touches - the glimmering of pyrite inclusions in the body of the lapis, the delicately serrated texture of the golden bezel frame - that make these earrings extra special. Lapis lazuli is a hardstone gem treasured for the deep and vivid hues of blue in which it occurs. Earrings secure with 14k gold friction backs.
