Big Oval Silver Post Earrings

Two large and light oval statement earrings, fashioned from silver. The north and south ends of each earring are slightly tapered to be a bit wider than the sides, creating visual interest and balance in their elongated shape. The earrings have a post style setting and come with friction backs. One post back has been replaced with a gold, not silver, replacement, which tests as 10 karat gold. This gold post is not visible when the earrings are worn. They are freshly polished but some natural patina (common with vintage and antique silver jewelry) remains.
