23.0mm top to bottom, aquamarine gems measure 7.4mm wide and 16.0mm tall and pearls measure 4.8mm in diameter.

Excellent condition, one of the basket settings holding one of the two aquamarines has a slight divot in the metal at the very back. This is only visible under magnification.
