Aquamarine, Diamond, Pearl and Gold Earrings

Aquamarine: the gem so watery they named it after water twice! These earrings are both elegant and incredibly modern, anchored by a large and eye-catching pair of fancy-cut aquamarine briolettes, each having a shield-shaped outline. The aquamarines are a rich, natural color with excellent clarity. The briolettes are suspended from front to back by a sturdy 14 karat gold wire, onto which a diamond is set at the front. The earrings are suspended from cultured pearl posts, which also have gold settings. Earrings secure with 14k gold friction backs. These could make a beautiful pair of wedding earrings (something blue) for a modern bride, or a wonderful gift for someone with a March birthday (for which aquamarine is the birthstone.)
